We Didn't Start the Fire Kit

This pattern was made by our own amazingly talented, Susan Melka. We have combined this gorgeous pattern into a kit with 4 color options! This piece may be blocked, but does not require that when knitted in Claudia yarn Oh, Baby! The finished piece has a great bouncy structure that shows off the lustrous yarn and the stitch pattern beautifully. Finished Size Approximately 20” around and 10.5” tall.

Comes with the Pattern and two skeins of the Claudia Handpainted Oh, Baby! in two different colors. Oh, Baby! is a fingering weight yarn. 175 yards per skein. A blend of 55% Silk and 45% Merino wool. Amazingly soft and beautifully hand dyed.

Supplies Needed: 16” size 4 circular needle or size to achieve gauge, Stitch markers, and a Tapestry needle

Gauge 9 sts = 1.5 inches 9 rows = 1 inch Gauge is not overly critical. The fabric is airy and bouncy, with a good bit of stretch to it and there is ample yarn to allow for some variation.
